 Le GROUPEMENT Tin Fouyé Tabenkort (GTFT), régi par le décret législatif n°93-08 du 25 avril 1993 agissant en tant qu’"Opérateur" pour le compte de Sonatrach et TotalEnergies EP Algérie, informe l’ensemble des Soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’offres National Restreint N° TFT II-25-011-GIS relatif a ;

Publié dans le BAOSEM N° 2396 en date du 22/06/2025, que suit à l’ouverture et l’évaluation des offres technique et commerciales, le CONTRAT a été attribué provisoirement au Soumissionnaire ci-après :

Entreprise :  HALLIBURTON ENTREPRISE SERVICE AUX PUITS (HESP),

Durée de contrat : 36 mois

Montant de l’offre en DA (Hormis la TVA) : 544 363 765,95 DA en TTC a l’exception de la TVA

Critère de choix : Offre moins-disant.

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix de sélection opéré par le Groupement TFT peuvent introduire un recours par email dans les cinq (05) jours à compter de la date de la première publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire auprès du département PCM – GTFT a l’email suivant ;

Published in the BAOSEM N° 2396 of June 22nd, 2025, that following the evaluation of the technical and financial tender, the Contract is provisionally awarded to the following Tendrer ;

Contract duration : 36 mois,

Contract amount in DA (except VAT) : 544 363 765,95 DA all taxes included except VAT,
