Groupement RKF, sited 310 km South-East of Hassi Messaoud, inform tenderers who participated in the National & International Restricted call for tenders Ref. 25-BID-019 relating to :
SERVICES FOR MONITORING, REPORTING AND REDUCING GREENHOUSE GAS (GHG) EMISSIONS AT THE GROUPEMENT RKF published in BAOSEM No. 2411 on August 04th, 2025 with ref.2411 049 01, that the closing date and time for receipt the technical offers is extended for fifteen (15) days, the new deadline date will be September 15th, at 17h00 (Algeria Local Time GMT+1).
Each bid received after the above-mentioned deadline will be regarded as null and void.
