Two (02) steps submission process

The National Company SONATRACH, Liquefaction and Separation Activity, Development Division Monitoring Management of Gas Projects,inform all the companies that have withdrawn the National and International Open Tender File n°06/SH/LQS/DEV/RGZ/2025 relating to:

STUDY, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF EIGHT (08) BOILERS WITH A UNIT CAPACITY OF 200 T/H AND THEIR AUXILIARIES FOR THE GL1Z AND GL2Z COMPLEXES

 published in BAOSEM No. 2424 of September 9, 2025, that an Addendum to the Tender File is issued by the Contracting Structure, reducing the number of boilers from eight (08) to four (04) with a unit capacity of 200 t/h for both complexes.

For this purpose, the title, the object and the scope of the Tender File will become “Study, Supply, Installation and commissioning of four (04) boilers with a unit capacity of 200 t/h each with their auxiliaries for the GL1Z and GL2Z Complexes.”.

Therefore, qualification criteria b) and c) set out in Section II of the Special Conditions of Tender (IS 1.6) are amended as follows:

b) Possess at least twenty (20) years of general experience in the design, engineering, procurement, construction and assembly, testing and commissioning of industrial steam boilers operating on natural gas with a capacity of 150 t/h or more;

 c) Have completed at least one (1) project within the last ten (10) years, related to the design, engineering, procurement, construction and assembly, testing and commissioning of industrial steam boilers with a capacity of 150 t/h or more operating on natural gas with a minimum pressure of 65 barg;

The bidders who have already withdrawn or received the Tender File are informed of the issuance of this Addendum, which will be sent to them.

Other bidders interested in this Tender File can request it from the Contracting Structure.

The deadline for withdrawing the Tender Dossier is set for March 24, 2026 and the deadline for submitting technical offers is set for May 26, 2026.
