La Société Algérienne de Réalisation de Projets Industriels, (SARPI SPA) launches a National and international Open invitation to Tender N° 19/A/2023 for the :

Supply and commissioning of:

LOT N°01: One (01) mobile concrete plant of 30 M3/hour

LOT N°02: Two (02) mobile concrete plants of 80 M3/hour

Tender documents may be collected from SARPI's head office at 10 Rue Mohamed Tahar SEMMANI- Hydra Alger, no later than November 30th 2023, by any interested candidate, on presentation of a copy of the trade register in the activity, the candidate's wet stamp, a delegation of authority in the case of an authorized person, signed by the first person in charge, and proof of payment of a non-refundable amount of (fifteen Thousand Algerian Dinars) 15,000.00 DA for algerian bidders and One Hudred Fifty Euros 150 € for foreign bidders by transfer to the bank account BEA Agence Hydra 005 Alger, Account N° 002 00005 005 220 0054 74 SWIFT BEA : BEXADZAL005.

Service providers interested in taking part in this invitation to tender may receive the tender documents electronically by sending proof of payment of the tender fees and a copy of the business register to the e-mail address dao@sarpi- dz.com.

One-stage bidding applies to this invitation to tender.

Under the present invitation to tender, technical offers, without any indication of price, and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same envelope, addressed or deposited at the following address SARPI sise au 10 Rue Mohamed Tahar SEMMANI - Hydra - Alger, no later than December 03rd 2023

For algerian bidders Technical bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of :

Lot N°01 : 1.000.000 DZD (One Million Algerian Dinars)

Lot N°02 : 3.000.000 DZD (Three Millions Algerian Dinars)

For foreign bidders Technical bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of

Lot N°01 : 10.000 Euros or equivalent in Dollars USD (Ten Thousand euros)

Lot N°02 : 30.000 Euros or equivalent in Dollars USD. (Thirty Thousand euros)

,The bids will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the bidders who wish to attend the opening session which will take place at the address: SARPI SPA, 10 Rue Mohamed Tahar SEMMANI -Hydra Alger on December 04^th 2023 at 10H30.

Bidders will remain bound by their offer for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) calendar days from the date of submission of offers, 

Companies excluded from SARPI spa and SONATRACH Group orders are not eligible to participate in the tender.
