The Algerian Fertilizer Company FERTIAL, Arzew Plant, informs all candidates for the national and international open invitation to tender, in a single stage,No. 26015005/2026, regarding:
Supply and Commissioning of Transformers for the FERTIAL Industrial Complex in Arzew
Published in BAOSEM No. 2489 of March 12th, 2026, that an addendum has been added to the tender documents. An invitation to tenders has been issued concerning amendments to Articles 16 and 18 of the contract for a foreign partner, relating to shipping documents and payment terms by Letter of Credit.
The amendment will be sent electronically to all candidates who have withdrawn the tender specifications.
Furthermore, the deadline for submitting offers, initially set intended for June 9th, 2026, has been extended for an additional Twenty (20) Calendar Days.
Therefore, the new deadline for submitting offers is June 29th, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
