Sonatrach RPC Activity Company, Refining Division Exploitation, Arzew Refinery staying to the following address BP 37 31200 Z.I Arzew - Algeria issues a national and an international open competitive invitation to tender regarding the:

Supply and commissioning supervision of motor pumps for all units in three separate parts

Part N°01: Horizontal Centrifugal Motor Pumps With Their spare parts

Part N°02: Volumetric Motor Pumps With Their spare parts

Part N°03: Non-API Submerged Centrifugal Motor Pumps With Their spare parts

The Tender Documents can be withdrawn near the <> of Arzew Refinery before withdrawal deadline set at forty five (45) calendar days since the first publication of this Invitation to tender at the BAOSEM by any interested companies, against a payment of a non-refundable amount of Ten Thousand Dinars (10 000 DA) for the Algerian companies and of One Hundred Euros (100 €) for the foreign companies and the presentation of a copy of the electronic trade register.

Proof of payments relating to the withdrawal of the Tender Dossier (Bank advice / Cash payment slip) must be drawn up in the name of the tenderer.

One alone stage mode of tender is applied to the present invitation.

Under this invitation to tender, the technical offers, without any indication of price and the financial offers must be given simultaneously in two separate folds contents in the same anonymous fold, with the following address.

Part N°02: Volumetric Motor Pumps With Their spare parts

Part N°03 : Non-API Submerged Centrifugal Motor Pumps With Their spare parts

 “Technical Offer and Financial Offer – Do Not Open-”

At the latest Sixty (60) calendar days as from the date of publication of the offer on the BAOSEM before 15h30.

The technical bids, together with the bid bond whose amount is fixed at:

Part N°01:

Seven hundred and fifty-five thousand Algerian Dinars (755 000.00 DA) for the local Bidders.

Five thousand two hundred Euros (5 200.00 €) for the foreign Bidders

Part N°02:

Three hundred and fifty-one thousand Algerian Dinars (351 000.00 DA) for the local Bidders.

Two thousand four hundred Euros (2 400.00 €) for the foreign Bidders.

Part N°03:

Three hundred and fifty-one thousand Algerian Dinars (351 000.00 DA) for the local Bidders.

Two thousand four hundred Euros (2 400.00 €) for the foreign Bidders.

Whose period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is one hundred and eighty (180) days, with an additional of thirty (30) calendar days.

If the deadline for submission of tenders coincides with a public holiday, the date will be postponed to the next working day.

The bid guarantee may be submitted to the bid opening commission by the bidder or his authorized representative on the day of the opening of the technical bids.

The folds will be opened with the presence of the tenderers representations whom wishing it, during the opening meeting taking place at the Arzew Refinery on the day fixed by an invitation which will be transmitted to each tenderers.

The folds containing the financial offers open and will be examined in the presence of the tenderers who wish to assist to with it or their representatives duly designated at the time of the meeting of opening and of examination of the financial offers which will be held at the date, per hour and with the address mentioned in the invitation which will be addressed to the only tenderers of which technical offers declared in conformity with the requirements of the File of Invitation to tender.

The bidders will remain committed to their offer for period of 180 calendar days starting from the date of opening of the offers.
