NOTICE OF OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER WITH MINIMUM CAPACITY REQUIREMENT

L’EPE ORGM Jsc, subsidiary of the SONAREM group issues an open national and international invitation to tender with minimum capacity requirement regarding:

Supply and delivery of drilling consumables, tools, and accessories.

This Invitation to tender is divided into nine (09) separate batches. Interested companies may submitt for one, several, or all of the batches.

batch No. 02: Casing Tubes W-Series

batch No. 03: Wire Line Swivel Head Core Barrels

batch No. 04: T6S Core Barrels

batch No. 05: Fishing Equipment

batch No. 06: Drilling Accessories

batch No. 07: Casing Shoes and Reamers

batch No. 08: Impregnated Core Bits for Wire Line Core Barrels

batch No. 09: Spare Parts  for Mud Pump

This invitation to Tender is addressed only to manufacturers of drilling consumables, tools and accessories.

Interested tenderers may withdraw the “Instructions to tenderers” documents from:

As of the publication of this invitation to Tender in BOMOP, BAOSEM and two national dailies against the payment of the amount of: 10.000 DZD to the BNA account

N° 001 00645 0300 300 133/53 Boumerdes Agency for Algerian societies.

100 euros to the BNA foreign currency account No. 001 00640 0310 000 070/07, Bordj El Kiffan Agency for foreign companies.

The documents can be sent by Email after transfer of the aforementioned amount.

The Offers, Technical and Financial, must be sent to the address mentioned above before April 28^th  , 2025 at 12:00 p.m., in a double sealed envelope, the outer envelope must be closed, anonymous and must not bear any other indication, under penalty of rejection, except the mention:

Any offer received after April 28^th,2025 will be forfeited.

The opening of the envelopes will be done in the presence of the tenderers or their duly authorized representative(s), at the company's headquarters, at the address indicated above, on April 28^th   , 2025 at 1:30 p.m.

tenderers will remain engaged to their offer for 180 days, as of the opening of the offers.
