Related to the supply and installation of instrumentation equipment of sectioning stations for the Works LZ1/2 and OZ1

Sonatrach Company, Transport by Canalizations Activity, Exploitation Division, Transport Region West BP43- Arzew (wilaya of Oran) issues a national and international open invitation to tender regarding:

supply and installation of instrumentation equipment of sectioning stations for the Works LZ1/2 and OZ1

The contract’s aim consists of endowing the Sectioning stations of the Works LZ1, LZ2 and OZ1, along the axis of Hassi R’mel- Arzew, by measuring instruments of pressure, temperature and limit switches for valves destined to supply the actionable signals by the telemetry system.

In the present invitation to tender, the technical tenders, without any price indication and the financial tenders must be handed over, at the same time, in two separate sealed envelopes put inside the same sealed and anonymous envelope at the address :

The financial tenders accompanied by a submission bail (bank tender bond) of 800.000.00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers, or its equivalent in foreign currency for the foreign ones, issued from an Algerian bank in return of a foreign bank warranty of first rate for the foreign tenderers, whose validity is equal to tender validity that is 180 days with an additional time of 30 calendar days as from the technical tender opening date.

After the received tenders’ opening, only the envelopes containing the technical offers shall be opened in the presence of the candidates’ representatives having submitted and who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the following address:

The sealed envelopes containing the financial offers shall be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers whose technical offers are declared conform to the tenders’ dossier requirements and who would like to attend or their representatives duly designated during the financial offers’ opening and examination which shall take place on the date, the time and the address mentioned in the invitation that shall be addressed to only the tenderers whose technical tenders are declared conform to the specifications’ requirements.

Tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days as of the technical tenders’ opening date.
