NOTICE OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDERS WITH MINIMUM CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS

No. 04/EPE ORGM SPA/2025

EPE ORGM Spa is issuing a National and International Open Invitation To Tenders with Minimum Capacity Requirements regarding :

 Supply, delivery, and commissioning of geophysical and topographical equipment

This invitation to tenders is divided into three (03) separate batches:

Batch No. 1: Two (02) Magnetometers:

One (01) magnetometer

One (01) magnetometer with gradiometer and VLF options

Batch No. 2: Electrical Equipment

Three (03) resistivity and induced polarization transmitters.

Five (05) induced polarization receivers.

Five (05) electric current generators

Accessories

Batch No. 3: Two (02) complete differential GPS stations equipped with their processing software

Tenderers may submit for one, two, or all batches.

This invitation to Tenders is intended for manufacturers or their authorized representatives.

Upon publication of this Invitation to Tender in BOMOP, BAOSEM, and two national dailies, the following will be payable upon payment of the following specifications:

Ten Thousand Dinars (10,000 DA) to BNA account No. 001 00645 0300 300 133/53, Boumerdès Agency for Algerian companies.

One Hundred (100) Euros to the BNA foreign currency account No. 001 00640 0310 000 070/07, Bordj El Kiffan Branch for foreign companies.

Documents may be submitted by email after transferring the aforementioned amount.

Technical and financial offers must be received by EPE ORGM Spa at the address indicated below before 12:30 p.m. on September 30^th, 2025, the deadline for submitting offers. The outer envelope must be sealed and must not bear any other information, otherwise it will be rejected, except for:

The offers will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their duly authorized representative(s), at the company's headquarters, at the address indicated above, on September 30^th, 2025, at 1:00 p.m.

Any offer received after September 30^th, 2025, will be forfeited.

tenderers will remain bound by their offers for one Hundred And Twenty (120) Days from the date of the offers’ opening.
