Tenderers must submit the technical and commercial offer, accompanied by the regulatory documents listed in the tender documents

All tenders must be accompanied at the time of the submission of tenders and no later than the closing date for the submission of tenders of a tender security established for the benefit of the ALGERIAN PRODUCTION COMPANY OF ELECTRICITY .SPA in an amount Of twenty five thousand euros (25,000.00 €) for foreign candidates and one million eight hundred thousand Algerian dinars (1 800 000,00 DA) for companies under Algerian law emanating from a bank of Algerian right of the first order.

The commercial offers that will be opened concerning only those bidders who have submitted technical offers meeting the requirements of the specifications of the Algerian Electricity Production Company Spe / Spa Ras-Djinet Thermal Power Plant.

Bidders will remain committed through their Offers for a period of 180 days from the deadline for submission of bids.
