Supply, installation and commissioning of four gas meters for self-consumption of natural gas.

The Tender file can be withdrawn upon presentation of a copy of the electronic trade register and the receipt for payment of the acquisition costs of the DAO, to one of the following addresses:

In 30 days, utmost as of the date of publication of this notice, by every interested tenderer, in return of the payment of a non-refundable amount of 5000,00 DZD concerning the Algerian tenderers, or its equivalent for foreign ones, in the name of the company that is interested in this invitation to tender by presenting the electronic trade register.

The payment receipt must include the reference to this invitation to tender.

For the Algerian tenderers, the payment shall be made by bank transfer to the bank account SONATRACH N° 002 000 64 64064 62 851 67 open at BEA Tlemcen, agency 64, and equivalent in foreign currencies for foreign tenderers, to the BEA bank account, Agence Djenane El Malik Hydra Algiers, Account

The tendering mode in a single stage applies to the present invitation to tender.

Concerning this invitation to tender, the technical offers, with no reference to the price and the financial ones must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes, contained in the same  closed and anonymous envelope at the address:

In a period of 30 days utmost after the dossier’s withdrawal deadline, that is 60 days as of the date of publication.

Any offer received after this deadline will be considered null and void.

Should the closing date coincide with a public holiday, offers will be submitted on the next working day.

The technical offers are assorted by a submission bail with an amount of 400 000.00 DZD or its equivalent in foreign currency for the foreign ones, for which, the validity duration is equal to the offers’ validity duration, that is 180 days, assorted by an additional period of 30 calendar days.

The envelopes containing the technical offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representative(s) who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the following address:

An invitation letter shall be addressed to the tenderers who have withdrawn the dossier in order to attend.

The envelopes containing the financial offers shall be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers who wish to attend or their representatives duly designated during the opening and examination session of the financial offers that shall take place on the date, time and address mentioned in the invitation that shall be addressed to only the tenderers whose technical offers are declared conform to the dossier’s requirements.

The tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of 180 calendar days as of the technical tenders opening date.
