National and International Open Invitation to Tender

The Company of Gold Mines Exploitation, ENOR Spa, issues a national and international restricted invitation to tender, regarding:

Supply, installation and commissioning of:

Batch n° 01: mobile modular gold ore processing units with a unit capacity of two tons per hour

Batch n° 02: laboratory modules

The tenderers may submit for one or several batch(es).

The offers’ evaluation is made by sub-batch.

Eligibility Conditions: this national and international open invitation to tender is addressed to the economic operators, manufacturers and/or approved distributors and/or resellers having already produced or marketed similar equipment, suggesting original equipment, disposing financial, technical and regulatory capacities that are conform to the Algerian law, for the execution of the current contract.

Participation charges and the specifications’ withdrawal: the specifications of this invitation to tender may be withdrawn for free, and can be collected physically or electronically as follows:

In all cases, the economic operators must supply, or join to their email:

• A copy of the document related to the subscription of their activity nearby the authorized authorities (trade register, Tax Identification Number);
• The company’s information.

Submission bail: the tenderer must supply a submission bail with an amount that is higher than 1% of the offer's amount by batch (Tax included for the Algerian tenderers and CFR for the foreign ones), presented in the form of a bank guarantee.

this latter must be included in the technical offer.

Presentation of the offers: The technical and financial offers must be put in separate envelopes, carrying the following mentions:

The envelopes must be deposited at ENOR Head office in Algiers, located at:

The offers’ submission deadline: The deadline is fixed in 21 calendar days as of the date of the publication of this notice in the Baosem and/ or the daily newspapers, between 09h00 and 15h00.

The offers’ validity duration: The tenderers keep engaged to theirs offers for a period of 120 days as of the offers’ submission deadline.
