All technical offers must be accompanied at the time of submission of bids or before the deadline for submission of tenders a bid bond issued on behalf of the Algerian Society of Electricity Production / pole ouest / unit TIARET, amounting to 5 000. Euro from each lot for foreign companies and 500 000.00 DA for Algerian companies from a bank of Algerian right of first order.
The bidders are bound by their technical and commercial offers for a period of 120 days from the deadline for submission of tenders.
