“THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF THE ADVANCED CONTROL SOLUTION (APC) FOR THE GL1Z & GL2Z COMPLEXES”

No later than Forty-Five (45) Days from the date of publication in BAOSEM, by any interested candidate upon presentation of a copy of the commercial register, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Algerian Dinars (5000 DZD) for companies under Algerian law and Thirty (30) Euros or the equivalent value in USD for companies under foreign law.

The bank receipt must bear the following mention: “Withdrawal of Tender Document No. 01/SH/LQS/LSH/DEV-SNCC/2024 and the name of the tendering company”.

3. Proof of payment relating to withdrawal of the Tender Document (Bank Advice/Cash Payment Slip) must be drawn up in the name of the Bidder.

4. The one (01) step submission method applies to this Call for Tenders.

5. Under this call for tenders, the technical offers, without any indication of price, and the financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same envelope, no later than Sixty (60) days from the date of date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM, at the address below:

Technical offers are accompanied by a bid guarantee of Seventeen Thousand One Hundred and Twenty US Dollars (17,120 USD), or the equivalent of another convertible foreign currency for bidders under foreign law and Two Million Three Hundred Thousand Dinars Algerians (2,300,000 DZD) for bidders under Algerian law. Whose validity period is equal to the validity period of the offers, i.e. One Hundred and Eighty (180) Days, plus an additional period of Thirty (30) Calendar days.

If the last day of the deadline for submission of tenders coincides with a public holiday, the date will be postponed to the following working day.

6. The envelopes containing the technical offers will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the bidders who so wish at the opening session which will take place at the address indicated above. The date and time will be indicated on the invitation which will be sent to all bidders who have withdrawn the Tender Documents.

7. The envelopes containing financial offers will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the Bidders who so wish at the opening session which will take place at the headquarters of the LSH division.

8. Bidders will remain committed to their offer for a period of One Hundred and Eighty (180) calendar days from the deadline for submission of technical offers.
