National and International Invitation to tender

Sonatrach Company, Transportation Activity, Direction Maintenance Laghouat BP93 at Hai Essadikia is launching a National and international competitive tender for: Supply of a Laser Bore Alignment System:

The tender document can be withdrawn electronically at the addresses indicated above, within a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM (Bulletin of Calls for Tenders of the Energy and Mining Sector) by all interested parties, Against presentation of a copy of the trade register, against payment a non-refundable fee of ten thousand dinars (10.000,00 DA) for domestic one hundred euros (100 €) for foreigners. Payment will be made by transfer to the bank account No. 00200029290296090017 BEA Laghouat Agency. Code BIC/SWIFT: BEXADZAL029.

The proof of payment relating to the withdrawal of the tender dossier (bank notice, cash payment slip) must be in the name of the tenderer's business name

Providing an email address and a telephone number by interested candidates is mandatory when requesting to collect the Tender Dossier.

A one-step mode of submission is applied to this invitation for tender.

Under this invitation to tender, the technical offers, without any indication of prices and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes separated and identified separately contained in one envelope, to the Direction Maintenance Laghouat, BP 93 Hai Essadikia Laghouat, at most no later than forty-five (45) days from the publication date of this notice to tender in the BAOSEM (Bulletin of Calls for Tenders of the Energy and Mining Sector)

If the last day for the withdrawal of the Tender Dossier and/or the submission of bids falls on a public holiday or a legal day of rest, the deadline shall be postponed to the next working day.

Any submission received after this deadline will be considered null and void, with the receipt stamp of the Contracting Authority serving as proof.

Technical proposals are accompanied by a tender Warranty:

For national tenders: Four Hundred Thousand Dinars (400 000 DZD) ;

For foreign tenders: Three Thousand Euros (3 000 €)

The period of validity is equal to the period of offer’s validity, i.e., one hundred and eighty (180) days, with an additional period of thirty (30) calendar days

The envelopes containing the technical offers will be opened in presence of the tenderers representatives who wish attend the opening session which will be held at the Direction Maintenance Laghouat, PO Box 93 Hai Essadikia, Laghouat, at the date and time indicated in the invitation letter, which will be provided to the bidder at a later date.

The envelopes containing the financial offers will be opened and examined in the presence of tenderers who wish to attend or their duly appointed representatives during the opening session and review of the financial tenders to be held on the date and at the time and address mentioned in the invitation addressed to bidders who have withdrawn the tenders’ file.

bidders will remain committed to their bid for a period of one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from the opening date of technical bids.
