NOTICE OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN CALL FOR TENDER N^o03/DCAC/SADEG.SPA/2020

The Algerian Electricity and Gas Distribution Company, SADEG.SPA Subsidiary of the SONELGAZ group, Central Supply and Marketing Department of call for National and International tender’s open for manufacturers and distributors for the supply of:

ACCESSORIES FOR FIBERS OPTICALS CABLE

The tender will be carried out in a single step with concomitant delivery and forthwith to the Bid Opening Commission (COP) folds of the technical bids and financial bids.

Envelopes financial bids which will be separate from those of the technical bids will be opened right after the evaluation of the technical bids.                                                .  

Any bidder interested in this opinion can buy a complete set of tender documents, upon written request to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee of three hundred (300) Euros or four hundred (400) Dollars for foreign Bidders and Thirty thousand (30,000) Algerian Dinars for national bidders on behalf of SADEG.SPA opened at the National Bank of Algeria BNA agency 637 building of the 700 Offices listed B National Road N°38 Gué de Constantine Alger under the N°:

The technical and financial offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address below Wednesday, January, 20, 2021 at 10:00 am local time.



The applicant will submit a complete application consists of the following documents, dated, initialed and signed by an authorized person.

For the technical bid:

• A copy of the tender duly completed and initialed the bottom of each page loads, carrying in its last page the words "Lu et accepté ",
• DCQDE Authorization of employment temporary or employment valid or third-party accredited test report .
• HardwareReferenceproposedsale ofthe worldand mainly in thecountryof manufacture of theequipment,
• The manufacturer's authorization to market its product on distributors established following model in Annex A9 ,
  A manufacturer can establish a single authorization under this tender;
• The letter of submission,
• The bank bid bond,
• List and detailed technical documentation of the proposed materiel,
• Probity’s declaration,
• Declaration to be signed.
• An administrative record.

For the financial offer:

• The letter of submission,
• Price Schedule for Goods,
• The delivery schedule,
• The draft contract completed, initialed and signed by an authorized person.

The bid opening sessions are public and will be held the same day at the address given below.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount equivalent to:

For foreign bidders, the deposit will be made by a valid bank guarantee 30 days after expiry of the tender validity and must be issued by a bank against Algerian law and guaranteed by a bank of first order in the country of the bidder.

In terms of domestic bidders, the deposit will be made by a valid bank guarantee 30 days after expiry of the tender validity and must be issued by a bank of Algerian law or fund of guarantee markets.
