The deadline for the submission of tenders is sixty (60) days, before 3:00 p.m. from the first publication in paper format of this notice in the Energy Sector Tender Bulletin (BAOSEM).

The technical offers are accompanied by a bid guarantee of:

• For Foreign tenderer:

  a guarantee of :

  Lot 01 : Three Thousand Euro (3 000,00 €)

  Lot 02 : Two Hundred Euro (200,00 €)

  Lot 03 : Two Hundred Aqnd Sixty Euro (260,00 €)

  Lot 04 : Eight Hundred and Fifty Euros (850,00 €)

  Established by an Algerian bank against guarantee of a foreign bank of first order.

  For national tenderer:

  a guarantee of :

  Lot 01 : Four Hundred qnd Thirty Thousand DA (430 000,00 DA)

  Lot 02 : Thirty Thousand DA (30 000, 00 DA)

  Lot 03 : Thirty-Seven Thousand DA (37 000,00 DA)

  Lot 04 : One Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand DA (123 000,00 DA)

  Established by an Algerian bank.

The period of validity shall be equal to the period of validity of the tenders, that is, Six (06) months from the date of opening of the envelopes containing the technical tenders with an additional period of Thirty (30) calendar days.

In the event that the closing date coincides with a holiday, the covers will be deposited the next business day.

The deadline for receipt of requests for clarifications is Two (02) weeks before the date of submission of tenders indicated above.

The tender guarantee may be submitted by interested candidates on the day on which the technical offers are opened.

Bidders whose technical bids have been declared compliant will be invited to submit a financial bid. The bids under the first stage will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the Bidders who so wish, at the opening session, the place and date of which will be communicated to them by letter of invitation.

Tenderers will remain committed to their tender for a period of Six (06) months from the deadline for submission of technical tenders, with an additional period of Thirty (30) calendar days.
