SONATRACH, Activité Exploration & Production, Division Forage, Direction Mud Logging, Hassi Messaoud, (30500), Ouargla, Algeria, launches an Open National and International Invitation to Tender in a Single Stage for:

Supply of Ancillary Equipment for Mud Logging Units in two (02) lots”

Lot N° 01: Industrial Computers

Lot N° 02: Laboratory Equipment (Ovens, Deionization devices)

After publication of the Invitation to Tender in the BAOSEM, Interested Tenderers can withdraw the technical specification document every day of the week from 07h30 to 11h30 and from 14h00 to 18h30 at the following address:

Withdrawal of the Technical specification document is subject to a fee of Ten Thousand Algerian Dinars (10 000.00DA) for companies based in Algeria. Companies based abroad shall pay a fee of One Hundred Twenty American Dollars (120 US $) or One Hundred Euros (100 €), this must be justified through a payment to the following SONATRACH account:

Technical specification document can be sent to bidders by email, provided they send the payment evidence of the withdrawal fee to the following email addresses:

The Tenderers must submit their Technical and Financial Offers simultaneously.

No modification of the technical or the financial offer will be accepted after offer submission deadline.

To protect the integrity of the process, the technical offer and the financial offer, constituting the tender, must be placed in separate distinct inner sealed envelopes, which are, in turn, placed in an outer sealed anonymous envelope on which are printed the necessary indications and should be handed by a carrier or through express delivery to the following address:

The inner envelopes, with the logo and company name, must contain the technical and financial offers respectively, with all necessary administrative, fiscal and parafiscal required documents, dated, signed, stamped and filled in when required.

Deadline for withdrawal of Tender Documents:

The deadline for the withdrawal of the Tender documents is forty (40) calendar days, starting from the date of publication of the Invitation to Tender Notice in the BAOSEM.

Deadline for preparation and submission of Technical Offers:

The deadline for the preparation and submission of Technical offers is Sixty (60) calendar days, starting from the date of publication of the Invitation to Tender notice in the BAOSEM.

No other date will be taken into account, bids received after the closing date will not be considered.

Tenderers or their dully-appointed representatives will be invited to the tenders opening session, which will take place on the third day after the closing date.

If the closing date coincides with a rest day, the opening will take place on the following working day.

Tenderers will remain committed to their offers for 150 days, a period that can be extended for an extra 30 days if required.

Tender guarantee, in the form of a bid bond, must be provided as follows:

• Lot N°01 :

Five Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (500 000, 00 DZD) for Algeria-based companies;

Three Thousand Four Hundred Euros (3 400, 00 €), or Three Thousand Six Hundred American Dollars (3 600, 00 USD) for companies based abroad.

• Lot N°02:

Seven Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (700 000, 00 DZD) for Algeria-based companies;

Four Thousand Six Hundred Euros (4 600, 00 €), or Five Thousand Americans Dollars (5 000,00 USD) for companies based abroad.

The bid bonds remain valid for 150 days starting from bid opening day, with an extra 30 days period if required.
