N°2841-00-ZH-20

Sonatrach-ENI Group, made up of two companies Sonatrach and ENI Algeria BV production governed by decree 93-08 dated 25 April 1993, operator in 403, 403a, 403d blocks ( BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROM, ROME, ROMN, ZEA, ZEK and REC fields) and in 401a and in 402a blocks (ROD fields), issues a national and international open prequalification notice regarding:

Convention for the supply of BIOCIDAL chemical product

The contract duration: 03 close years, plus 02 optional years (1 year+ 1 year)

In this notice of prequalification, only the tenderers that are selected by SONATRACH/ ENI Grouping, and whose files are judged admissible shall be retained in order to participate in the selective consultation.

The tenderers that are interested in the present notice, may withdraw the prequalification’s file at: Supplies and Contracts Department, Sonatrach-Eni Group at: P 475, Zone Industrielle, route d’Ouargla, Hassi Messaoud 30500, Wilaya de Ouargla, Algérie, against the presentation of a Legalized copy of the trade register as well as the company’s contact by e.mail at the following addresses :

The tenderers may have additional information nearby the Supplies and Contracts Department at the e-mail addresses mentioned above.

The specifications’ withdrawal period is at 21 days, as from the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem (the publication date is included).

The “closing date for the tenders’ receipt” is thirty (30) days as from the publication date of this notice in the BAOSEM (the publication date is included).

Every tender received after 19h00 on the deadline shall be considered null and void.

The prequalification’s file accompanied by required documents must be sent at the address mentioned above under sealed envelope bearing the following mention:

Going through the bids and their evaluation shall be made by internal contracts panel of Sonatrach-ENI Group without the presence of bidders.

All tenders’ package preparation expenses remain exclusively payable by the tenderer.
