SONATRACH, RPC Activity, Refining Exploitation Division, Skikda Refinery (RA1K) issues a national and international open invitation to tender, concerning:

Supply of BLADES for fans of C & D cooling towers of the COFIMCO brand or equivalent

Or by email: spm_ra1k@sonatrach.dz ,In a period of 35 calendar days utmost as of the date of the publication of this invitation, by every interested tenderer, in return of the payment of a non-repayable amount of 5000 DZD for Algerian tenderers or 50 € for foreign ones, by presenting a copy of the electronic trade register.

The payment shall be operated by a bank transfer to Skikda Refinery/RA1K:

The payment voucher  must be in the name of the participating company.

The tendering mode in a single step applies to this invitation to tender.

In this invitation to tender, the technical offers, with no reference to the price, and the financial ones must be submitted in two separate envelopes, contained in the same envelope, at the following address:

The technical and financial offers’ submission deadline is determined in 45 calendar days as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem before 04 P.M.

The technical offers are assorted by a submission bail with an amount of 1.000.000 DZD for Algerian tenderers, and 6.766.00 € for foreign ones, whose validity duration is equal to the offers’ validity duration, that is 180 days assorted by an additional period of 30 calendar days.

If the last day of the offers’ submission deadline coincides a day off, the date shall be postponed to the following workday.

The Submission Bail may be submitted by interested tenderers on the day the technical offers’ opening.

The envelopes containing the technical offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the following address:

The date and time shall be communicated in an invitation letter addressed to the tenderers participating in this invitation to tender.

The envelopes containing the financial offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers who would like to attend or their representatives duly designated during the financial offers’ opening and examining session that shall take place at the date, time and addressed mentioned in the invitation that shall be addressed to only the tenderers whose technical offers are declared conform to the specifications’ requirements.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 180 calendar days as of the date of the technical offer’s opening.
