SONATRACH, RPC Activity, Refining Division, Skikda Refinery/RA1K issues a national and international open invitation to tender, concerning:

By every interested tenderer, in return of the payment of a non-repayable amount of 5000 DZD for the local tenderers or 50 € for the foreign ones, by presenting a copy of the trade register.

The payment shall be operated by a bank transfer to Skikda Refinery/ RA1K:

The payment voucher shall be in the name of the participating company.

The tendering mode applies in one mode for this invitation to tender.

In this invitation, the technical offers, with no reference to the price, and the financial ones must be submitted in two separate envelopes, contained in the same envelopes, at the following address:

The technical and financial offers’ submission deadline is determined in 60 days as from the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem before 16h00.

The technical offers are assorted by a submission bail with an amount of 1 400 000.00 DZD for the Algerian companies, and 11 000.00€ for the foreign ones.

Whose validity duration is equal to the offer’s validity duration, that is 180 days, assorted by an additional period of 30 calendar days.

The envelopes containing the technical offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the following address:

The date and time shall be communicated in an invitation letter addressed to the tenderers participating in this invitation to tender.

The envelopes containing the financial offers shall be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers who would like to attend or their representatives duly designated during the financial offers’ opening and examining session that shall take place at the date, time and addressed mentioned in the invitation that shall be addressed to only the tenderers whose technical offers are declared conform to the invitation to tender’s requirements.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 180 calendar days as from the date of the technical offer’s opening.
