Sonatrach-Agip Group, made up of two companies Sonatrach and ENI Algeria BV production governed by decree 93-08 dated 25 April 1993, operator in 403, 403a, 403d blocks (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROM, ROME, ROMN, ZEA, ZEK and REC fields) and in 401a and in 402a blocks (ROD fields), issues an international open invitation to tender, regarding:

The tendering mode in a single stage applies to the present invitation to tender.
In this invitation to tender, the technical tenders, with no reference to the price, and the financial ones must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes, contained in the same external envelope.

The external envelope containing the two offers’ envelopes must be anonymous, and carry only the following mention:

The closing date for the bid package withdrawal is 35 days at 18h00 as from the publication date of this notice in the Baosem (the publication date is included).
The “closing date for the tender’s receipt” is 25 days at 18h00 as from the publication date of the present invitation to tender in the Baosem (the publication date is included).

Every tender received after the day of the closing date shall be considered null and void.

The tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of 180 days as of the closing date for the bids receipt.

All tender package preparation expenses and/or each additional document expenses which shall be possibly required within this framework by Sonatrach-Agip Group during the evaluation remain exclusively payable by the tenderer.

The tenders’ opening and evaluation shall be done by an internal contracts commission of Sonatrach- Agip Grouping, without the presence of the tenderers.
