NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN CALL FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE

PREQ N° 01-2024/APP/RA1G

Sonatrach Company –Refining Petrochemistry Activity – Exploitation Refining Division- Algiers Refinery- located at Sidi Arcine-Baraki- POB N° 185, El Harrach, launches a National and International Open Call for candidates’ Pre-qualification to elaborate a potential and qualified list of bidders who will be consulted for:

Supply of Chemical Products in Nine (09) Batches

BATCH 01: Caustic Soda NaOH

BATCH 02: Hydrochloric Acid HCl

BATCH 03: Sulphuric Acid H2SO4

BATCH 04: Diethanol Amine DEA

BATCH 05: Dimethyl Disulfide DMDS

BATCH 06: Antistatic Agent

BATCH 07: Ethylene Tetrachloride C2CL4

BATCH 08: Sodium Hypochlorite NaOCI

BATCH 09: Ferric Chloride FeCl3

The pre-qualification will be done according to the modalities which will be defined in the Pre-qualification file, and it will be opened to all potentially qualified and eligible candidates.

The closing date of withdrawing the Pre-qualification file is fixed to thirty (30) calendar days starting from the publication date of the present notice in the BAOSEM, against a presentation of a copy of electronic trade register whose activity is in accordance with the Pre-qualification object, and provided with company stamp

The candidacy files must be submitted in one sealed fold which contains 03 copies at the following address:

The deadline for submitting candidacy files is fixed to Sixty (60) calendar days before 4:00 PM. starting from the publication date of the present notice in the BAOSEM.

If the last day of the deadline for submitting candidacy files coincides with a legal holiday or a week end (Friday or Saturday), the date will be postponed to the next working day.

At the end of the present Pre-qualification process, retained candidates will be included in a short list which will be published in the BAOSEM, and they will be consulted in the context of the contract’s implementation of repetitive acquisition for chemical products by the Algiers Refinery.

The short list of pre-qualified candidates resulting from the present Pre-qualification process is valid for a renewable period of 05 years.

Excluded companies from Sonatrach’s markets are not allowed to participate in this Pre-qualification throughout all of their exclusion period
