Supply of chemical products divided into 07 distinct batches

SONATRACH, RPC Activity, Refining Division, Refinery of Adrar issues a national and international open invitation to tender, regarding:

Supply of chemical products divided into 07 distinct batches:

Batch n° 01: boiler water conditioning

Batch n° 02: treatment of industrial effluents

Batch n° 03: supply of corrosion inhibitors and emulsifier

Batch n° 04: chemical additive for the unit of catalytic cracking

Batch n° 05: supply of DR agent or equivalent

Batch n° 06: supply of dichloroethane

Batch n° 07: supply of monoethanolamine or equivalent

the tender’s dossier may be withdrawn at the following address:

By every interested tenderer, in return of the payment of a non-repayable amount of 5000DZD or 50 €, and on the presentation of a copy of the trade register.

The submission mode in a single step applies to this invitation to tender.

In this invitation to tender, the technical offer, with no reference to the price and the financial one must be put in two separate folds, carrying only the tenderer’s company’s name

Lot N°01 : Conditionnement de l’eau des chaudières.
Lot N°02 : Traitement des effluents industriels.
Lot N°03 : Fourniture d’inhibiteurs de corrosion et Désémulsifiant.
Lot N°04 : Additifs chimiques pour l’unité de craquage catalytique.
Lot N°05 : Fourniture de l‘agent DR ou équivalant.
Lot N°06 : Fourniture de dichloroéthane.
Lot N°07 : Fourniture de monoéthanolamine ou équivalant

The folds containing the technical offers shall be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the tenderers who wish to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the following address:

the technical and financial offers’ submission deadline is determined in 45 days as from the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem.

The technical offers are assorted by an offer’s submission bail, with an amount of:

Batch n° 01: 577 00.00 DZD for the local tenderers, and 4300.00 € for the foreign ones.

Batch n° 02: 331 000.00 DZD for the local tenderers, and 2500.00 € for the foreign ones.

Batch n° 03: 783 000.00 DZD for the local tenderers, and 5800.00 € for the foreign ones.

Batch n° 04: 1 295 000.00 DZD for the local tenderers, and 9500.00 € for the foreign ones.

Batch n° 05: 985 000.00 DZD for the local tenderers, and 7300.00 € for the foreign ones.

Batch n° 06: 26 000.00 DZD for the local tenderers, and 190.00 € for the foreign ones.

Batch n° 07: 814 00.00 DZD for the local tenderers, and 6000.00 € for the foreign ones.

Whose validity duration is equal to the offers’ validity duration, that is 90 days, assorted by an additional period of 30 calendar days.

The folds containing the financial offers shall be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers who wish to attend or their duly designated representatives during the financial offers’ opening and examination session which shall take place on a date, time and address mentioned in the invitation that shall be addressed to only the tenderers whose technical offers are declared conform to the tender’s dossier requirements.

The tenderers may submit for one or many batches.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 90 calendar days as from the date of the technical offers’ opening session.
