Sonatrach, RPC Activity, Refining Exploitation Division, Refinery of Skikda/RA1K, informs all the tenderers interested in the national and international open invitation to tenders N° RA1K/TEC/027/2025, regarding:

Supply of chemicals for the treatment of cooling water for the four towers A/B/C and D

Published in the Baosem n° 2448 of November 16^th ,2025, that an addendum has been introduced to the tender documents.

The addendum in question consists of changing the nature of the tender from

An International Open Invitation to Tenders to

A National and International Open Invitation to Tenders.

Technical offers must be accompanied by a submission bail of Six Hundred Seventy Thousand Five Hundred Algerian Dinars (670,500 DA) for Algerian tenderers and Four Thousand Four Hundred Euros (€4,400) for foreign tenderers.

Which validity period is equal to the validity period of the offers, i.e., One Hundred And Eighty (180) days, plus an additional Thirty (30) calendar days.

All tenderers having withdrawn the tender documents have been informed of this modification by fax/email.
