Supply of complete valves with their repair kits

Sonatrach Company, RPC Activity, Refining Division Exploitation, Arzew Refinery invites tenderers to a national and international competition for supply of complete valves with their repair kits.

The specifications’ book can be withdrawn from the markets making structure of Arzew Refinery before the deposit deadline fixed at forty-five (45) days starting form the first publication of this Invitation to tenders at BAOSEM by any interested candidate, against the payment of a non refundable amount of five thousand Algerian Dinars (5 000 DA) for the Algerian companies, and fifty Euros (50 €) for the foreign companies and the presentation of a copy of the electronic trade register.The payment will be carried out by transfer to the bank account of Arzew Refinery:

Only one stage mode of tender is applied for the present invitation.

For this tender, the technical offer, without any indication of price and the financial offer must be given simultaneously into two separate folds which must be given in another same sealed anonymous fold to the following address:

At the latest forty-five (45) calendar days as from the date of publication of the offer on the BAOSEM, before 16h00.

The Technical offers are given with a guarantee of offer of:

Seven hundred thousand Algerian Dinars (700 000, 00 DA) for the Algerian companies.

Four thousand Four hundred Euros (4 400, 00 €) for the foreign companies.

Which the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is 180 days, with an additional of 30 days’time calendar.

The envelopes containing the technical bids will be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives who wish it in the opening session which will take place at Arzew refinery the day indicated in the invitation.

Envelops containing financial offers will be opened and examined in the presence of tenderers’ representatives who wish it in the opening session which will take place at Arzew refinery the day indicated in the invitation. Invitation will be sent to tenderers that technical offers are satisfying the requirements of the Tender file.

The bidders will remain committed to their offer for a period of 180 days’ time with an additional of 30 days’ time calendar starting from the date of Opening of folds.
