NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER

N° 28/A/2023

The momentary grouping of the companies “SARPI Spa” and “ENAC Spa” issues a national and international open invitation to tender « N° 28/A/2023», regarding:

supply of cutting and grinding discs for various SARPI Spa projects.

The Tender’s package may be withdrawn from :

SARPI head office, located at: 10 Rue Mohamed Taher Semmani - Hydra Algiers, and no later than october, 24^th 2023, by any interested tenderer, having already realized two similar contracts, against the presentation of a copy of trade register in the activity, the wet stamp of the tenderer, power of attorney of the delegated person, signed by the prime responsible and justifying payment of an nonrefundable sum of (Fifteen Thousand Algerian Dinars) 15.000,00 DZD by banking voucher transfer to BEA Agency of Hydra 005 Algiers, Account N° 002 00005 005 220 0054 74

The submission mode in one step shall be applied in this invitation to tender.

Concerning the present invitation to tender, the technical tenders with no price indication and the financial ones, must be submitted in two separated folds put in the same fold, addressed or deposited at the following address:

10 Rue Mohamed Taher Semmani - Hydra Algiers,

On October, 25^th 2023 utmost.

 For national tenderers,The technical offers are assorted by bail amount :

Five Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (500,000.00 DZD)

Established for the profit of SARPI, with a validity period equal to the validity period of the offers, i.e. One Hundred and Twenty (120) days, plus an additional Thirty (30) calendar days.

For foreign tenderers, the amount of the bid bond is : Five Thousand Euro (5000 euros) or equivalent in dollars.

the offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the address: 10 Rue Mohamed Taher Semmani - Hydra Algiers

On October, 26^th 2023 at 10h30.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 120 calendar days as of the date of the offers’ submission.
