Batch 01: Downhole equipment for 4’’1/2 and 2’’7/8 completions for the Gassi Touil and Tin Fouye Tabankort regions.

Batch 02: Downhole equipment for 4’’1/2, 3’’1/2 and 2’’7/8 complétions for the Rhourde Nouss, Oued Noumer and Haoud Berkaoui regions.

Batch 03: Downhole equipment for 2’’7/8 and 2’’3/8 completions for In Aménas region.

Batch 04: well testing Packer and Retrievable Bridge plug with spare parts.

from the first publication of the hereby bid notice in the bulletin of companies to Energy area BAOSEM, against payment of a nonrefundable fee of:

Tenderers may submit, according to their choice, tenders for one or more batches. For this, the technical or financial offers for each lot must be presented in separate envelopes (each batch in a separate envelope).

Tenderers must submit a bid for all items.

The external envelopes:

• Will be sent to the contracting structure;
• will exclusively mentioned the heading of the bargain indicated in the DPAO, the number of tender notice and the mention «TECHNICAL OFFER and FINANCIAL OFFER - NOT TO OPEN»

The withdrawal deadline of the tender document is Forty (40) days from the first publication of the hereby bid notice in the bulletin of companies to Energy and Mines area BAOSEM (on paper version), except an extension is granted.

The deadline for submission of bids is fixed to Sixty (60) days from the first publication of BAOSEM (on paper version), except an extension is granted.

The seal of receipt of the Office Order of Sonatrach shall prevail.

Any tenders received after 15:00, local time, during the date of the deadline for submission of bids will be considered null and void.

Bids will be opened in a public session.

The envelopes containing the technical bids will be opened in the presence of representatives who wish to the opening session to be held. The date, place and time specified will be sent by fax to all tenderers withdrew the bid of tender, inviting them to attend at the public bid opening session.

will establish a bank guarantee submission, (see table below), issued by a Bank of Algerian right whose headquarters is preferably in Algiers, against warranted by a first-rate foreign Bank, in favor of SONATRACH – Division Production – 08 Chemin du Réservoir, Hydra - Alger.

• Tenderer subject to Algerian law:

will establish a bank bid guarantee of submission, (see table below), issued by a Bank of Algerian right in favor of SONATRACH – Production Division - 8, Chemin du Réservoir, Hydra – Alger.

The bid guarantee may be submitted to the bid opening committee by the bidder or his authorized representative on the day of opening of the technical offers.

The Bank Bid Guarantee shall be for a period of One Hundred Eighty (180) days with an additional Thirty (30) calendar period. This period shall run from the date fixed for the receipt of tenders, and shall be equal to the period of validity of the tenders.

Specifications shall be submitted only to the representative duly appointed by the tenderer which would like participate in this invitation to tender.
