National and international open invitation to tender

N° 05/A/2023

The Algerian Company of Realizing industrial projects (La Société Algérienne de Réalisation de Projets Industriels) (SARPI SPA) issues a national and international open competitive invitation to tender « N° 05/A/2023», regarding:

Supply of Earth Moving and Civil Engineering Equipment

Batch N°01: SEVEN (07) WHEEL LOADERS BUCKET CAPACITY 4M3

Batch N°02: FOUR (04) BACKHOE LOADERS BUCKET CAPACITY 1M3

Batch N°03: FOUR (04) BULLDOZERS AVEDC RIPPER.

Batch N°04: FOUR (04) MECHANICAL EXCAVATORS ON TRACK BUCKET CAPACITY 1M3.

The Tender’s package may be withdrawn from SARPI located at 24 Rue de Timgad – Hydra Alger, and no later than March, 21^st 2023, by any interested tenderer, against the presentation of a copy of trade register in the activity, the wet stamp of the tenderer, power of attorney of the delegated person, signed by the prime responsible and justifying payment of an nonrefundable sum of (Thirty Thousand Algerian Dinars) 30.000,00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers and (Three Hundred Euro ) 300 € for the foreign tenderers by banking voucher transfer to BEA Agency of Hydra 005 Algiers, Account N° 002 00005 005 220 0054 74 ; SWIFT BEA : BEXADZAL005

The submission mode in one step shall be applied in this invitation to tender.

Concerning the present invitation to tender, the technical tenders with no price indication and the financial ones, must be submitted in two separated folds put in the same fold, addressed or deposited at the following address:

SARPI, 24 Rue de Timgad – Hydra – Alger

On March, 23^th 2023 at 10h00 utmost.

For the Algerian tenderers the technical offers are assorted by a submission bail with an amount of:

Batch N°01 : Two Million Algerian Dinars (2 000 000,00 DA).

Batch N°02: Five Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (500 000,00 DA).

Batch N°03: Two Million Algerian Dinars (2 000 000,00 DA).

Batch N°04: One Million Algerian Dinars (1 000 000,00 DA).

Established for SARPI, whose validity duration is equal to the offers’ one, that is 120 days, assorted by an additional delay of 30 calendar days.

For the foreign tenderers, the submission bail is with an amount of:

Batch N°01 : Twenty Thousand Euro (20 000 Euro) or the equivalent in USD.

Batch N°02: Five Thousand Euros (5 000 Euros) or the equivalent in USD.

Batch N°03: Twenty Thousand Euro (20 000 Euro) or the equivalent in USD.

Batch N°04: Ten Thousand Euros (10 000 Euros) or the equivalent in USD.

the offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the address:

SARPI SPA, 24 Rue de Timgad –Hydra Alger

On March, 23^rd 2023 at 10h30.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 120 calendar days as of the date of the offers’ submission.
