The company CALPLAST EPE/JSC BP 419 ZONE IDUSTRIELLE SETIF ALGERIE issues a national and international invitation to tender concerning:

Supply of extrusion calendering line for the production of geomembrane in PEHD and coating sheet in TPO reinforced with fiberglass mesh

The specifications may be withdrawn from CALPLAST EPE/PA BP 419 ZONE INDUSTRIELLE SETIF ALGERIE and no later than 30 days as of the first publication of the present invitation to tender on the BAOSEM by every tenderer having expressed their will by a request sent to the email: calplast19@yahoo.fr, against the payment of a nonrefundable sum of fifteen thousand Algerian Dinars (15000,00 DZD) or 100 €. The payment will be made by transfer to the bank account BEA Agency 053 Sétif n° RIB 002 00053 530536004919 BEXADZAL located at Sétif Bel Air Avenue de l’ALN BP 315 Bel Air, Sétif.

The tenders’ submission mode a single step applies to this invitation to tender.

On the level of this invitation to tender, the technical tenders without price indication and the financial tenders must be handed over at the same time in two separated folds put in one fold at the address CALPLAST EPE/SPA BP 419 ZONE INDUSTRIELLE SETIF ALGERIE, no later than the 30^th day as of the first publication of the present invitation to tender on the BAOSEM before 10 :30

The folds will be opened in the presence of or the bidders’ representatives who wish to attend the opening session that will take place at the address CALPLAST EPE/SPA ZONE INDUSTRIELLE SETIF ALGERIE on the 30^th day as from the first publication of the present invitation to tender on the BAOSEM at 11h00.

The folds containing the financial tenders will be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers or their duly representatives who wish to attend the opening session which will take place at date, time and address mentioned in the invitation addressed to bidders who’s the technical tenders declared conform to the specifications’ requirement.

The offers are assorted by a submission bail with an amount of 4 200.000.00 DZD or 30 000 USD or its equivalent in Euro, whose validity duration equals the validity duration of the offers, that is 90 days assorted by an additional period of 30 calendar days.

Tenderers remain bound by their tender for ninety (90) calendar days as from the folds’ opening date.
