Supply of 1200 TM of furfural.

Sonatrach, RPC activity Company, refining exploitation division, Arzew refinery invites tenders to a national and an international competition for supply of 1200 TM of furfural.
The Tender documents can be withdrawn near the markets structure making of Arzew refinery before the deposit deadline fixed at thirty (30) days since the first publication of this invitation into the tender at the BAOSEM by any interested candidate, against a payment of a non-refundable amount of ten thousand Dinars (10 000 DA) or one hundred Euros (100 €), the payment will be carried out by transfer with the bank account Arzew refinery:

Only one stage mode of tender is applied to the present invitation.

At the latest with the deadline of deposit of the offers.

The technical offer is given with a guarantee of offer of an amount of five millions Algerian Dinars (5 000 000DA) for the Algerian companies and forty thousand Euros (40 000 €) for the foreign companies for which the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is 180 days, with an additional of 30 days time calendar.

The folds will be opened with the presence of the tenderers representations whom wishing it. The opening meeting will take place at Arzew Refinery on a day fixed by an invitation witch will be transmitted to each tenderers.

the envelopes containing the financial bids will be opened and examined in the presence of bidders who wish to attend or their representatives duly elected at the opening session and review of financial bids to be held at the date, time and to address mentioned in the invitation will be send only to bidders whose technical tenders declared as satisfying the requirements of the Tender file.

The bidders will remain committed to their offer for period of 180 days’ calendar starting from the offers deposit deadline.

An extension of the period of validity of tenders may be requested during the evaluation of tenders.
