Sonatrach-Eni Grouping, made up of two companies Sonatrach and ENI Algeria BV production governed by decree 93-08 dated 25 April 1993, operator in 403, 403a, 403d, ROM-North blocks (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROM, ROME, ROMN, ZEA, ZEK et REC fields), in 401a 402a blocks (ROD fields), informs the tenderers having withdrawn the specifications of the national and international restricted invitation to tender N° 3917-01-AA-22-GSE, Baosem N° 2097 139 00 of February, 01^st 2023, regarding:
