The National Society for Research, Production, Transport, Transformation and Marketing of Hydrocarbons, called SONATRACH, Exploration and Production Activity, Production Division, Regional Directorate of Hassi-Messaoud, informs all bidders interested in the opinion open national & international call for tenders Nº 141/2025/APPROS/HMD relating to :

Published in BAOSEM N ° 2497 of 06/04/2026,

The deadline for submitting technical and financial offers is extended by thirty days (30) from 05/07/2026 to 04/08/2026 at 5:00 PM.

Clarification from the French version of this notice and the original invitation to tender published in BAOSEM No. 2497 on April 6, 2026: lot 01 is stainless-steel and low-temperature fittings; lot 02 is stainless-steel and low-temperature valves. The English notice repeats “fittings” for both lots; this printed difference is preserved and explained here.

The second extension expressly sets the deadline at August 4, 2026, 5:00 PM. From the original notice: the document fee is DZD 3,000 for Algerian bidders or EUR 80 for foreign bidders. Withdrawal is exclusively by email at DPHMD.RETRAITDESDAO@Sonatrach.dz, with proof of payment identifying the tender and the bidder. The project is in Hassi Messaoud.
