NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL RESTRICTED INVITATION TO TENDER

The Sonatrach-Eni Grouping, composed of companies Sonatrach and ENI Alegria Production BV, governed by Decree 93-08 of 25/04/1993, operating in blocks 403, 403a, 403d (fields BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROM, ROME, ROMN, ZEA, ZEK and REC) and in blocks 401a and 402a (field ROD), launches a national and international restricted invitation to tender for:

Supply of material for surface installation (Bulk Piping & Manual valves) for Gas production wells (HBNEP-5) and connection to the loop SFPW2 and to Manifold M7-Projects ZOI Phase 2 & OZOI

The submission in one stage is applicable to this tender.

In this invitation to tender, technical tenders, without any indication of prices, and commercial tenders shall be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in one external envelope.

The outer envelope, containing the two envelopes, should be anonymous.

The closing date for the specifications withdrawal is set at 21 days at 18:00, as of the publication of this notice.

The closing date for the tenders’ reception is set at 30 days at 18:00 as of the publication of this invitation to tender in the BAOSEM (including the publication date in the BAOSEM).

Tenders received after the deadline shall be considered null and void.

Tenderers are bound by their tenders for a period of 180 days following the deadline for reception of tenders.

All costs incurred in the preparation of tender documents and/or the costs of any additional document which might be asked in this context by the Sonatrach-Eni Grouping during the evaluation will be afforded by the tenderer.

The examination and evaluation of the tenders shall be made by a domestic markets commission of the Sonatrach-Eni Grouping without the presence of the tenderers.

Very important:

This invitation to tender concerns ONLY the tenderers possessing or responding to the following conditions:

-Being manufacturer and/ or Exclusive Distributor for a manufacturer of this type of material.

-Owning at least 05 years of international experience in similar projects (Supply of this type of material) in Oil & Gas field.

-Clients’ references (at least 02 good execution certificates for realizing similar sale operation to companies).
