National and International Open Invitation to Tender

N°046 /DVL/DAP/2021

 

The National Company of Canalisations (ENAC/Spa) issues a national and international open invitation to tender, concerning:

Supply of original spare parts for two (02) ONIS VISA brand generators

The specifications may be withdrawn nearby the legal Direction (Bureau n°12) ENAC/Spa-132, Rue de Tripoli Hussein-Dey Algiers (Algeria), by every interested tenderer, in return of the payment of a non-repayable amount of 00DZD,

on the presentation of a clearance letter (power of attorney or mandate) carrying the object of the invitation to tender, a copy of the trade register

and an information sheet duly sealed and signed by the first person in charge of the company, provided with the following coordinates details: name of the company (company name), Quality, E-mail, telephone / fax numbers.

The deadline for the specification’s withdrawal is 5 days before the deadline of the tenders’ submissions.

The tenders’ submission in this invitation is in a single step mode.

Under this invitation to tender, the technical tenders, with no indication to the price, and the financial ones must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes, contained in the same envelope, carrying the following mentions:

ENAC/ Spa - 132, Rue de Tripoli- Hussein Dey- Algiers (Algeria)

On 21^st October 2021 at 10h00 utmost, in all cases, the reception sealing of the general order office (BOG) of ENAC Spa makes valid.

The financial tenders are assorted with a submission bail, with validity duration equal to the validity duration of the tenders, which is 120 days assorted with an additional delay of 30 calendar days.

This submission bail must be enclosed in the technical bid envelope.

The envelopes containing the technical tenders shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers who would like to attend the opening session which shall take place at the address:

ENAC/Spa-132, Rue de Tripoli-Hussein-Dey-Algiers-Algeria, on 21^st October 2021 at 10h15.

The envelopes containing the financial tenders shall be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers who would like to attend or their representatives duly designated in the financial tenders’ opening and examining session which shall take place at the date, the time and the address mentioned in the invitation which shall be addressed to only the tenderers whose technical tenders are declared conform to the specification’s requirements.

The tenderers keep bound to their tenders for a period of 120 calendar days as from the date of their submissions.
