National and international Invitation to Tender N° 002/SP/2024
SOFIPLAST Jsc located in the Industrial Zone -Sztif ALGERIA issues a national and international invitation to tender regarding:
Supply of plastic sheet extruder PP/PS (03 SCREWS) 1000mm.
the specifications may be withdrawn at the following address:
SOFIPLAST EPE/SPA BP 107 INDUSTRIAL ZONE SETIF ALGERIA
or sent by email to tenderers who have expressed their wishes by request sent to our mailbox, for free in 15 days utmost as of the first publication of this invitation to tender on the BAOSEM before 15:00 p.m. by any interested candidate.
The one-stage submission method applies to this invitation to tender.
Concerning this invitation to tender, technical offers, without any indication of price and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same envelope, to the address SOFIPLAST Jsc INDUSTRIAL ZONE SETIF ALGERIA no later than 21 days as of the first publication of this invitation to tender on the BAOSEM before 1:30 p.m.
The technical offer envelopes will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the tenderers who so wish at the opening session which will take place at the address SOFIPLAST EPE/SPA INDUSTRIAL ZONE SETIF ALGERIA on the 21st day as of the first publication of this invitation to tender notice on the BAOSEM at 2:00 p.m.
The tenderers whose technical offers are deemed compliant, their financial offers will also be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representative(s) who so wish at the opening session which will take place at the address SOFIPLAST EPE/SPA INDUSTRIAL ZONE SETIF ALGERIA, the date and time will be mentioned on the invitation notice.
Tenderers will remain engaged to their offer for a period of (90) calendar days as of the date of opening of the technical envelopes.
