NOTICE OF INTERNATIONAL INVITATION FOR Preselection OF SUPPLIERS

No. 01/DC-IMP/2026 – FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SHORTLIST OF ELIGIBLE SUPPLIERS INVITED TO SUBMITT

SUPPLY OF RAW MATERIALS, FERTILIZERS AND DERIVATIVES TO FERTIAL SPA FOR ITS INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES

The Algerian Fertilizer Company, EPE FERTIAL Jsc, a subsidiary of the Industrial Group – Fertilizers and Phytosanitary Products – EPE ASMIDAL SPA, within the framework of its activity relating to the manufacture and marketing of fertilizers, hereby issues an International invitation for the Preselection of Suppliers, with a view to establishing a short-list for the supply of raw materials, fertilizers and derivatives for the needs of its industrial and commercial activities.

The list of products is given below:

Companies specialized in the field may submit their applications for one or several batches. Each product is represented as a separate Batch. The technical specifications of the products are detailed in Annex 1 of the International invitation for Preselection of Suppliers file.

The International invitation for Preselection of Suppliers file may be withdrawn at the following address:

The detailed list of documents required for the application is provided in Articles 6 and 7 of the International invitation for Pre-selection of Suppliers.

Applications must be received by the General order Office of FERTIAL at the address mentioned above, either by hand delivery or by mail, no later than 3:00 p.m. local time on the thirtieth (30th) calendar day as of the date of the first publication of the invitation for pre-selection notice in the BAOSEM. The BOG's official stamp will serve as proof of receipt.

Applications submitted by email and/or fax will not be accepted.

Any application received after this deadline will be rejected and returned to the applicant.

If the deadline coincides with a public holiday or a legal day of rest, it will automatically be extended to the next working day.

Any extension will be published in the same manner as the initial notice.

The opening and review of applications will take place from the thirtieth (30th) day at 3:30 p.m., at the same address, by the Ad Hoc Committee (without the presence of the tenderers or their representatives).

The period for preparing offers extends from the date of the first publication of the International invitation for Pre-selection of Suppliers until the deadline for submitting applications.

The tenderers shortlisted for a period of three (3) years will be invited to submit offers in the restricted consultations process for the supply of the aforementioned products.

It is the responsibility of the tenderers to request any clarification regarding this application. All requests must be submitted in writing, by email, to tender_dmii@fertial-dz.com, no later than ten (10) calendar days before the application deadline. FERTIAL will respond to requests received within this timeframe. A copy of each response, indicating the question asked without identifying the author, will be sent to all tenderers who have withdrawn or received the pre-selection file.
