The Sonatrach-Eni Grouping, composed of two companies Sonatrach and ENI Algeria Production BV, governed by Decree 93-08 of 25/04/1993, operating in blocks 403, 403a, 403d ROM-North, (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROMN, ROM, ZEK, ZEA, BRWEXT, ROMEST, REC), in 401a & 402a blocs (ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB fields) and 405b (MLE, CAFC fields) and in SF-FINE field and ZEA, OO-II et SF-II perimeters, issues a national and international restricted invitation to tender for:

"Demand Agreement for the Supply of Safety Valves necessary for the realization of the connections of oil producing wells scheduled for the years 2023/2024"

In this invitation to tender, technical tenders, without any indication of prices, and commercial tenders shall be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in one external envelope.

The closing date for the technical and commercial tenders’ reception is set at 35 days at 18:00 as of the publication of this invitation to tender in the BAOSEM (including the date of publication).

The period for the specifications’ withdrawal is set at 25 days at 18:00, as of the publication of this invitation to tender in the BAOSEM (including the date of publication).

Every tender received after the deadline shall be considered null and void.

The tenderers keep engaged to their tenders for a period of 180 days as of the offer’ reception deadline.

All costs incurred in the preparation of tender documents and/or the costs of any additional document which might be asked in this context by the Sonatrach-Eni Grouping during the evaluation will be afforded by the tenderer.

The examination and evaluation of the tenders shall be made by an internal contract commission of the Sonatrach-Eni Grouping without the presence of the tenderers.

 Very Important:

This Invitation to Tender is only for Basketry Manufacturers or their exclusive representatives, and tenderers possessing or meeting the following requirements:

owning experience in similar projects (already supply basketry materials), with references from customers (certificates and/or contracts/order forms for similar basketry projects)

The Supplier must not be blacklisted by SONATRACH and/or ENI, and must not have any dispute with SONATRACH and/or ENI

03 Years of specific experience in the Oil & Gas field

Provide administrative documents (trade register -Kbis- (code related to the subject of the tender and tax registration).
