At the latest 45 days as from the date of publication of this advertisement in BAOSEM. If the latest day corresponds with a holiday or a rest day, this term is extended to the next open day.

The deadline for receipt of requests for clarification and / or extension of time shall be no later than Ten (10) days before the deadline for submission of tenders. After this deadline, these applications will not be considered.

Tenderers will remain committed to their offers for a period of One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days from the deadline for submission of the bids.
