The “Entreprise Nationale des Travaux aux puits Spa, Direction Approvisionnements et Gestion des Stocks, base du 20 Août 1955 Hassi Messaoud, invites tenderers to national and international open competition for the supply of:

Lot 01: Reset Relief Valve 3" type B 1500- 5000 Psi and spares. CAMERON or equivalent at least.

Lot 02: Spare parts for Mud Pump WH 1612 LEWCO. Conform to API 7K last edition.

One step submission mode is applied to the present invitation to tender.
To the present invitation to tender, technical offers, without any indication of price and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separated folds contained in a same fold, which must carry the reference indicated in the tender folder, and put down (deposit) at the address:

The reception schedules for folds is as flow: 07H 00 min to 18H 00 min

The tenderers Bids shall be accompanied by tender guarantee; the amount of the bid bond is indicated in the Tender documents (DPAO). The validity term must be valid for a period of 210 days as from the deadline for submission of the bids.

Folds containing technical offers will be open in presence of tenderers representatives who wish to attend the opening session which will take place at the address:

7. Tenderers will remain committed to their offers for a period of one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from the deadline for submission of the bids.
