AMENDING NOTICE

The physical and/or moral persons interested in the Opinion (Notice) of Opened National and International Call for tenders N° 029/SH/DP/HR/DA/2020, concerning: «Acquisition of spare parts for Turbo-Expanders ROTOFLOW of the industrial units of the Hassi R’Mel Regional Directorate and Oued Noumer», published in BAOSEM N ° 1774 du 08/07/2020, are informed that there is a corrigendum to page 22 as follows:
Page 22 (IS1.1) :
Pour les soumissionnaires étrangers : La Fourniture livrée selon l’incoterm (CCI – V 2010) CFR Port d’Alger
Instead of :
Transport, emballage et marquage (pour le fournisseur étranger) :
La Fourniture, objet du présent Contrat, sera livrée par le Fournisseur au Client en CFR rendu Aéroport de débarquement (Alger). Il est fait référence aux incoterms de la CCI 2010.
