The tenderers may submit for one or many batches.

Every tenderer, having the technical and financial capacities, owning an experience in the good execution of a contract similar to this notice’s object, may withdraw the specifications from:

the secretariat of the Technical and Commercial Directorate, located at:

Rue AIZI BENYEBKA BETHIOUA

in return of the presentation of a tender’s dossier withdrawal proxy concerning the mandated persons and of a payment voucher with an amount of 10.000DZD into account KAHRAMA Spa N°: 002000707004161003/72 BEA Agency 70 El Marsa- Arzew, or transmit the dossier withdrawal request accompanied by the required documents by e-mail at the following address:

the bank payment voucher must mandatory carry the following mention:

« Retrait Dossier d’Appel d’Offres N° KH/DG/03/19»

And the name of the company and the tenderer.

The tender must contain two sealed and separated envelopes:

An envelope containing the documents of the technical tender with the only mention: « OFFRE TECHNIQUE / Name and address of the tenderer» (One original version and two copies).

An envelope containing the documents of the financial tender with the only mention: « OFFRE FINANCIERE / Name and address of the tenderer» (One original version and two copies).

The technical tender must be accompanied with a submission bail of:

Batch n° 01: 20 000.00 $ for the foreign tenderers and 2.000.000.00 DZD for the local ones

Batch n° 02: 15 000.00 $ for the foreign tenderers and 1.500.000.00 DZD for the local ones

Batch n° 03: 300.00 $ for the foreign tenderers and 30 000.00 DZD for the local ones

Batch n° 04: 300.00 $ for the foreign tenderers and 30 000.00 DZD for the local ones

Batch n° 05: 300.00 $ for the foreign tenderers and 30 000.00 DZD for the local ones

Batch n° 06: 500.00 $ for the foreign tenderers and 50 000.00 DZD for the local ones

established by an Algerian bank for Kahrama.

The validity duration of this submission bail is equal to the one of the two tenders, that is 180 days, assorted by an additional period of 30 calendar days.

The two tenders’ envelopes must be put in a single anonymous envelope, carrying only the following mentions:

The tenders’ reception deadline in the General Directorate of Kahrama Company Spa is limited at 30 days as from the date of the first publication of this notice in the Baosem and/ or the press.

Only the stamp of the General Directorate affixed on the envelopes makes valid.

The financial tenders’ opening shall take place publicly. The tenderers shall be informed by the financial offer’s opening date

The tenderers keep bound to their technical-financial tenders for a period of 180 days as from the date of the tenders’ reception.
