The National Company of Marketing and Distribution of Petroleum Products NAFTA JSC (joint stock company) Branch LPG, launches a tender notice to open national and international competition, related to:

Supplying of five (05) spare parts lots, for lift trucks CLARK mark
•Lot n°01 : Engine and sundries
•Lot n°02 : Chassis
•Lot n°03 : Gearbox
•Lot n°04 : Hydraulic System
•Lot n°05 : Injections

The fold for tenders can be removed near Audit Group ,Market Departement to the address indicated above at the lasted forty-two (42) at 16:00 days calendar day from the date of the first publication in the BAOSEM for all candidates against a payment of non refundable amount of five thousand Dinars (5000,00DA) concerning local suppliers and fifty (50,00€) concerning foreign suppliers .The payment will be made by bank transfer to the following account :

The method of two-stage submission applies to this tender.

Technical bids must be accompanied by a bid security by lot.

Lot n°01: Three hundred thousand Algerian dinars (300.000,00 DA) for local bidders, or Three thousand

Euros (3.000,00 €) for foreign bidders

Lot n°02: Three hundred thousand Algerian dinars (300.000,00 DA) for local bidders, or Three thousand

Euros (3.000.00 €) for foreign bidders

Lot n°03: Five hundred thousand Algerian dinars (500.000,00 DA) for local bidders, or Five thousand

Euros (5.000,00 €) for foreign bidders

Lot n°04: Five hundred thousand Algerian dinars (500.000,00 DA) for local bidders, or Five thousand

Euros (5.000,00 €) for foreign bidders

Lot n°05: Five hundred thousand Algerian dinars (500.000,00 DA) for local bidders, or Five thousand

Euros (5.000,00 €) for foreign bidders.

As part of the first stage of this invitation to tender technical bids without any indication of price, they will handed over by the tenderer or a duly authorized representative and opened at the moment, the date and place of the bid opening session will be communicated at the proper time.

As part of the second stage of this invitation to tender, the financial bids will be submitted by the tenderer or a representative duly authorized by the tenderer and opened at the same time, a letter of invitation indicating the place and date of COP Financial will be addressed to only tenderer eligible for financial offer.

The outer envelope of the envelopes containing the technical offers must be anonymous and contains only the following mentions:

Bidders who have been selected for the first (1st) stage, following the evaluation of their technical offers, will be invited to participate in the second (2nd) stage and submit their "financial offers" on the date, time and place provided to them later.

The tenderers will remain committed by their offers for a duration of one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days as from the date of opening of the bids "technical offers".
