Supply of spare parts for pumps manufacturing FLOWSERVE or equivalent.

The SONATRACH Company, downstream activity, refining exploitation Division, refinery RA2K invites tenders to national and international competition for supply of spare parts for pumps manufacturing FLOWSERVE or equivalent.

By any interested candidate, against a payment of a non-refundable amount of Three Thousand Algerian Dinars (3 000,00 DA) for local bidders and thirty Euros (30,00 €) for the foreign companies.

The payment must be operated through bank transfer to the bank account Topping Condensate Complex: N° 002 00085 085 220 0009/85, Bank External of Algeria, Site Sonatrach - Skikda.

The present invitation to tender will be held on one step.

For this tender, the technical bid, without any indication of price and the financial offer must be given simultaneously in two separate folds contents in the same anonymous fold, to the following address:

Offre technique et Offre financière « ne pas ouvrir »

Before the deposit deadline fixed at forty Five (45) days since the first publication of this Invitation into the tender at the BAOSEM before 4:00 pm

The financial offers are given with a guarantee of offer of an amount of Two million four hundred thousand (2 400 000 DA) Algerians Dinars, for the local bidders and Twenty-four thousand (24 000 €) Euros, for the foreign bidders for which the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is 120 days. with an additional thirty (30) days.

The folds containing the technical offers will be opened with the presence of the tenderers representatives whom wishing it, during the opening meeting taking place at the:

The date and the time of the public opening ceremony of ender will be transmitted by fax or e-mail to the bidders whom have withdrawn the bidding documents.

The folds containing the financial offers will be opened and examined in the presence of tenderers representatives during the opening meeting at the time and at the address mentioned in the invitation sent only to tenderers whose technical offers are in accordance with to the requirements of the tendering board folder.

The tenderers will remain committed by their offer for duration of 120 days’ calendar starting from the depositing date of the offers.
