That the deadline of technical / financial offers' reception, planned initially for December 29th, 2016, extended for the first time to January 30th 2017, then a second time to March 01th 2017, then a Third time to April 01th 2017, is extended for a Fourth time to May 02th 2017.

NB: This extension applies only to tenderers who have withdrawn the specifications
within the deadlines set for the last publication.
