The conclusion of a Framework agreement

The Algerian Company of the Electricity and Gas Industries “SAIEG”, UFMEEG, Procurement Division, issues a national and international open invitation to tender N° 18/SAIEG/UFMEEG/DAP/AONI/2026 for the conclusion of a Framework agreement regarding:

Supply of spare parts for electricity meters, connectors, circuit breakers, residual current devices (RCDs), electrical enclosures, and two-wire blocks

The tenderers who are interested in this invitation to tender may withdraw the specifications nearby:

SERVICE ACHATS – SAIEG SPA (UFMEEG)

As of the date of the publication of this notice in the Baosem, in return of presenting:

- The payment of the following amounts:

50 € via BNA (National Bank of Algeria): 00100 704 0310 010 015/49

50 USD via BNA (National Bank of Algeria): 00100 704 0310 000 005/09

5000 DZD via BNA (National Bank of Algeria): 00100 704 0300300 147/68.

The tenderers may withdraw the specifications at the following address:

- A submission bail is required; the amount and conditions of its return are defined in Document 0 of the specifications.

The submission bail, technical and commercial offers, and separate documents accompanied by the required specifications must be submitted in two (02) copies for each offer in a double sealed envelope to the following address:

offers must be submitted immediately to the headquarters of the Algerian Electricity and Gas Industries Company "SAIEG" – UFMEEG, Supply Division, located at RN No. 77, Rue Rachid Ammar, El Eulma, Sétif, Algeria, within (20) days as of the date of the first publication of this notice in the BAOSEM, at 09:00 a.m.

The public opening of the offers will take place on the same day as the offers’ submission deadline, at 09:00 a.m., at the SAIEG (UFMEEG) headquarters, at the aforementioned address.

The tenderers will remain engaged to their offers for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days as of the offers’ submission deadline.
