The National Company for Hydrocarbons Research, Production, Transport, Transformation and Commercialization named SONATRACH, Exploration and Production, Production Division, Regional Direction of Hassi-Messaoud, launches a national and international invitation to tender for:

SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS FOR JOHN-ZINK TORCH NOSES

The withdrawal of the invitation to tender file is done only electronically to the email address DPHMD.RETRAITDESDAO@Sonatrach.dz, against transmission of the proof of payment of the amount indicated below, the proof in question must obligatorily include the references of the call for tenders and information on the tenderer, namely his company name, telephone and fax numbers and email.

No later than the Forty Five (45th) day, at 17:00 p.m. from the date of appearance of the call for tenders on BAOSSEM, by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Algerian Dinars (AD 5,000.00) for national tenderers and Eighty Euros (80 EUR) for foreign tenderers.

4-Professional reference in the field duly justified by certificates of good performance issued by the tenderer's clients and a list of the main contracts.

5-Power of signature authorized to act in the name and on behalf of the tenderer and commitment the company or the company to ensure the supply object of this tender file, it must be dated and signed by the tenderer

6-Social certificates justifying the regular situation of the tenderer vis-à-vis the Algerian tax administration (excerpt from the role cleared and updated 03 months maximum or with expiry in the event of debts).

1-Extract from the commercial register with certificate of existence or k-bis, issued by the competent bodies.

2-Authenticated status of the company and list of main shareholders or partners of the tenderer certified by the Algerian consular authorities in the country of the tenderer.

3-Balance sheets and TRC, certified by an auditor, or endorsed by a certified public accountant as the case may be.

4-Professional references in the field duly justified by certificates of good performance, issued by the tenderer's clients, and a list of the main contracts.

5-Power of signature authorized to act in the name and on behalf of the tenderer and commitment of the company or the company to ensure the supply covered by this tender file. It must be dated and signed by the tenderer.

6-Certificate of non-bankruptcy.

7-Draft contract duly initialed by the tenderer or his authorized representative, which is submitted to him in Section 6 of this tender dossier.

The technical offer presented by the tenderer includes the following duly complete documents:

1-The declaration to be subscribed, according to the model attached to section 4 “Model of documents”

2-The delegation(s) of powers of the signatory(ies), the delegations of powers for the Groupings. This (these) delegation(s) must be given by the statutory bodies of the tenderer;

3-The letter of confidentiality, according to the model attached to section 4 “Model of documents”

4-The general information file (Cf. 7.2.2.1 above, of section I: Instructions to Bidders);

5-The initialed technical offer (descriptive list and technical specifications)

6-Authorization of the manufacturer if applicable

7-SONATRACH's rules of ethics according to the model attached to section 4 "Model of documents", returned duly approved by the tenderer;

8-Professional References (at least one (01) contract) for supplies similar in nature to those described in this tender dossier and justified by certificates of satisfactory completion;

9-"Original Copy" submission guarantee, according to the model attached to section 4 "Document model";

10-Draft contract duly initialed by the tenderer or his authorized representative, which is submitted to him in Section 5 of this tender dossier.

• For national tenderer:

A guarantee of :

Four Hundred Million Dinars DA (400 000.00 DA)

The tender guarantee can be included in the technical offer, or can be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee by the Tenderer or his authorized representative on the day of the opening of the technical tenders.
