The National Company of Marketing and Distributing Oil Products-NAFTAL Spa-, LPG Branch, issues a national and international open competitive invitation to tender, regarding:

Supply of spare parts for metered distribution group, mounted on tankers of brand MACOLA, divided into 02 batches:

Batch n° 01: Spare parts for displayer T550 of brand liquid control and metering group M A 07 of brand SAMPI;

Batch n° 02: Spare parts for hydraulic circuit and cooling mounted on tankers of brand MACOLA

At the address mentioned above, at 42^nd day (at 16h00) utmost as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem, by every interested tenderer, in return of the payment a non-repayable amount of 5.000.00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers, and 50.00 € for the foreign ones, by bank transfer to the following accounts:

The submission mode in 02 steps applies to this invitation to tender.

In the 1^st step of this invitation to tender, the technical offers must be submitted with no reference to the price.

The tenderers may submit for one or both the batches.

The tenderers are requested to join their technical offers with a submission bail from a bank of first rate nearby BEA, and whose validity duration equals the validity duration of the offers, assorted by an additional period of 30 calendar days.

The submission bail amount must be determined by batch for an amount of 2.500.000.00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers, and 25.000.00 € for the foreign ones, for each batch.

The reception and opening of the technical offers are done in a public session at the address mentioned above, in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives duly mandated.

The date, time, and place of the reception and opening of the offers are object of confirmation by an invitation letter directly to all the tenderers having withdrawn the specifications.

The external envelope containing the technical offers must be anonymous and carries only the following mention:

The tenderers that are selected at the first step after the technical offers’ evaluation shall be invited to participate in the second step to submit their financial offers at the date, time and place that shall be communicated eventually.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 120 calendar days as of the date of technical offers’ opening.
