N°EXP A 71/23

The Sonatrach Company, RPC Activity -Refining Exploitation Division of Arzew residing at the following address: Zone Industrielle - BP N° 37 Route de Tlélat 31200-Oran-Algerie launches a notice of Open National and International Call for Tenders for:

Supply of spare parts for pump and compressor in two (02) separate parts:

• PART N°01: spare parts for pump brand HIRO ZOKI, or equivalent
• PART N°02: Propane Compressor Spare Parts MIKUNI JUKOGYO brand or equivalent,

The Tender Documents can be withdrawn the near the <> of the Arzew Refinery before the withdrawal deadline set at Thirty (30) calendar days starting form the first publication of the offer at the BAOSEM by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Dinars (5 000 DA) for Algerian companies and Fifty Euros (50 €) for foreign companies and the presentation of a copy of the electronic commercial register. The payment will be carried out by transfer with the bank account of Arzew Refinery:

Proof of payments relating to the withdrawal of the Tender File (Bank advice / Cash payment slip) must be drawn up in the name of the tenderer.

Only one stage mode of tender is applied to the present invitation.

For this tender, the technical bid, without any indication of price and the financial offer must be given simultaneously into two separate folds witch must be given in another same fold, with the mentioned address:

Supply of spare parts for pump and compressor in two (02) separate parts:

Part N°01: spare parts for pump brand HIRO ZOKI, or equivalent

Part N°02: Propane Compressor Spare Parts MIKUNI JUKOGYO brand or equivalent,

“Technical Offer and Financial Offer – Do Not Open-”

No later than the deadline for submission set Fifty (50) calendar days as from the date of publication of the offer on the BAOSEM, before 03:00 p.m.

The technical offer is given with a guarantee of offer of an amount of:

Part N°01: Spare parts for pump brand HIRO ZOKI, or equivalent :

One Million Two Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (1,200,000.00 DA) for local bidders.

Eight Thousand One Hundred and Sixty-Six Euros (€8,166.00) for foreign bidders.

Part N°02: Propane Compressor Spare Parts MIKUNI JUKOGYO brand, or equivalent:

Four Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (400,000.00 DA) for local bidders.

Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty-Two Euros (€2,722.00) for foreign bidders.

Whose period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is One Hundred and Eighty (180) calendar days plus an additional period of 30 calendar days.

If the deadline for submission of tenders coincides with a public holiday, the date will be postponed to the next working day.

The bid guarantee may be submitted to the bid opening commission by the bidder or his authorized representative on the day of the opening of the technical bids.

The folds will be opened with the presence of the tenderers representations whom wishing it. The opening meeting will take place at Arzew Refinery on a day fixed by an invitation witch will be transmetted to each tenderers.

The envelopes containing the financial bids will be opened and examined in the presence of bidders who wish to attend or their representatives duly elected at the opening session and review of financial bids to be held at the date, time and to address mentioned in the invitation will be send only to bidders whose technical tenders declared as satisfying the requirements of the Tender file.

The bidders will remain committed to their offer for period of One Hundred and Eighty (180) calendar days starting from the date of opening of technical offers.
