Not later than August, 17^th 2022 at 15 :00 by any interested tenderer, in return of the presentation of the electronic trade register in the activity and a payment of a nonrefundable sum of 7000,00 DZD concerning Algerian tenderers, by transfer in the name of the tenderer’s company, into bank account BEA, Agence Cité Djamel Oran, account N° 002 000 81 08 122 000 80/14 Oran and 70 € concerning foreign ones, by transfer in the name of the tenderer’s company, to bank account BEA, Agence Djenane El Malik Hydra Alger, N° 00 2000 05050 3264 12459.

The tender mode in a single stage applies to the present invitation to tender.

 In the present invitation to tender, the technical tenders, without any price indication and the financial ones must be handed over, at the same time, in two separate envelopes contained in the same external one at the address:

On September, 21^st 2022 at 15h00 utmost.

The financial tenders accompanied by a submission bail (bank tender bond) of 300.000.00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers, or its equivalent in foreign currency for the foreign ones, whose validity is equal to tender validity that is 180 days with an additional time of 30 calendar days as from the technical tender opening date.

It is possible to deposit the submission bail by the tenderer to the members of the Commission of the Technical Offers’ Opening on the day of the offers’ opening.

The envelopes containing the technical offers shall be opened in the presence of the candidates’ representatives who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the following address:

The envelopes containing the financial offers shall be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers who would like to attend or their representatives duly designated during the financial offers’ opening and examination which shall take place on the date, the time and the address mentioned in the invitation that shall be addressed to only the tenderers whose technical offers are declared conform to the specifications’ requirements.

Tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days as of the technical tenders’ opening date.
